Chamberlain, the world's largest manufacturer of garage door openers,
required a strategically positioned facility to serve its maquiladora factory in nearby
Mexico. The team at Diamond Ventures made the project a reality.
Diamond Ventures initially partnered with Chamberlain to build a 120,000-square-foot
distribution center located near the Tucson International Airport at Country Club and
Bilby Roads. A 45,000-square-foot customer service center was added to complement the
initial structure, thereby creating a campus atmosphere.
