As part of the master-planned community of Continental Reserve, Diamond Ventures is
developing a 10-acre site that includes the completed 35,000-square-foot
Northwest Medical Center (NMC) Marana Urgent Care Center facility at the intersection
of Silverbell Road and Continental Reserve Loop.
The NMC facility includes diagnostic imaging and laboratories, offices for rotating physicians,
six suites for physicians practicing at the center, examining rooms, an outpatient center and
a community classroom. The project also includes eight separate office/medical buildings.
Diamond Ventures currently has approximately 43,000-square-feet of planned, professional
or medical office space available for acquisition or lease.
