Houghton Town Center, a joint venture with Bourn Partners, is located on the southwest
corner of Houghton Road and Old Vail Road. This southeast retail center will provide
Tucsonans a convenient community gathering location to shop, dine and work. Houghton
Town Center will be built in phases over the next four to five years, with construction beginning
in Fall 2006.
At full build-out, the project will be approximately 750,000-square-feet on 85-acres.
