River Crossing is a 110-acre, mixed-use residential, retail and office project located in
northwest Tucson, at the newly widened and improved intersection of River Road and La
Cholla Boulevard.
Diamond Ventures formed a joint venture with W.M. Grace Development Company to
develop the Bashas'-anchored neighborhood shopping center on the northeast corner. The
balance of the project includes office, shopping, entertainment and three residential
communities developed by A.F. Sterling homebuilders.
We are currently developing the southeast corner with a mix of high-end retail, restaurants
and professional offices. We have approximately 28,000-square-feet of retail space available,
13,000-square-feet for sit-down restaurant opportunities and 70,000-square-feet of
professional and medical office space.
