Steam Pump Village, a joint venture with Evergreen Devco, Inc., is named for the adjacent, historic Steam Pump Ranch and stagecoach stop located just north of the Tucson metropolitan area on Highway 77/North Oracle Road, the busiest north-south corridor in the city, which provides an alternate connection of Tucson to Phoenix .
The Village will contain approximately 350,000 square feet of space offering dramatic views of nearby Pusch Ridge and the Santa Catalina Mountains. The project will include office, retail, hotel and restaurant uses.
