CORPORATE OVERVIEW - COMMUNITY COMMITMENT

A community is defined not only by bricks and mortar, but also by its spirit. Diamond Ventures is committed to a corporate culture that encourages community involvement, investment and volunteerism by our employees, all of whom regularly support organizations within the communities where the company has a presence.

"We make a positive difference by developing attractive and environmentally sensitive neighborhoods, communities and commercial properties, providing jobs and giving back through charitable and civic endeavors," explains Helaine Levy, Director of Community Relations.
  • Diamond Ventures gave $1 million to the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. At the time, this gift was the largest single donation in the organization's 78-year history.
  • A land gift to United Community Health Center in Green Valley/Sahuarita will help make possible a 7,200-square-foot addition to its campus, and expanded community outreach and healthcare services for local residents.
  • Diamond Ventures is a presenting sponsor of the annual El Tour de Tucson perimeter bicycle race which has raised more than $3.5 million for six local charitable organizations over the past two decades.
  • Our sponsorship of the Arizona Women's Conference helps them focus on the health and well-being, employment, education and political participation issues important to Arizona women.
"We do more than support organizations financially. We also invest employee time and expertise to help our community prosper."
-Donald R. Diamond, Founder & Chairman
