Rita Ranch Commerce Center

A 256-acre master-planned commercial and industrial park with 130 acres available. The project is located near the University of Arizona Tech Park and Rita Crossing and adjacent to Houghton Town Center on Old Vail Road between Rita Road and Houghton Road in Southeast Tucson with great access to Interstate 10.  Current businesses located in the Center include TuSimple, Blue Bell Creameries, Direct TV, and Arcadia Custom.
