Saddleback Heights Master-Planned Community

A 5,300-acre phased, mixed-use, master-planned community located in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area within the city of Peoria. Saddleback Heights is entitled for up to 8,269 residential units, commercial development, a resort site and golf entitlements. Saddleback Heights includes school sites, parks and an extensive multi-use trail system. Located north of the Vistancia community and south of Highway 74, it is near Lake Pleasant Regional Park.
