Mark Weinberg

Mark Weinberg is responsible for overseeing the Company’s residential division which includes acquisition, planning, entitlement, construction and management of custom lot communities, builder neighborhoods and master planned communities. He leads the Company in adding value to the existing residential portfolio. Mark oversees the Company’s commitment to identify, perform due diligence, acquire and develop new residential properties within AZ and represents the Company on builder joint ventures. He is experienced in Arizona land development and project construction. Since joining Diamond Ventures in 1994, Mark has served as the Project Manager on several of award-winning custom home, builder neighborhoods and master-planned communities. Prior to joining Diamond Ventures, Mark served as the General Manager for the Canada Hills Development Company where he was responsible for overseeing the development and management of a resort hotel, country club, golf courses, a utility company and various real estate projects. He received his business administration and psychology degree from the University of New Hampshire.

William Kelley

Bill Kelley heads Diamond Ventures commercial division, which consists of a portfolio of industrial, office, retail, mixed-use and hospitality assets. In addition, as Chief Financial Officer he is responsible for corporate financial planning and project financing. Bill is active in regional economic development efforts and directing the Company’s acquisition of income-producing properties. Bill’s commercial real estate experience includes over $1 billion dollars in real estate transactions.  Prior to joining Diamond Ventures in 2000, Bill had senior management and executive positions with Bourn Properties, Inc., Venture West Group, Inc., and Ernst & Whinney. He received his accounting and finance degree from University of Arizona.

Chad Kolodisner

Chad Kolodisner joined Diamond Ventures in 2004. As Executive Vice President, he is responsible for overseeing the Company’s internal operations as well as implementing the Company’s strategic business plan. He leads company negotiations with strategic partners, including structuring ventures and dispositions. Additionally, Chad oversees new real estate acquisitions and investments in growth companies. Chad’s experience in real estate transactions emphasizes master-planned communities. He serves as the primary contact for the Company’s Rocking K and Verano developments in Tucson AZ and Saddleback Heights in Phoenix AZ. In addition to his experience as an attorney with private law firms, Chad worked with Del Webb and Pulte Homes in Phoenix. He received his finance degree from Arizona State University and his juris doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.

David Goldstein

As President, David Goldstein is responsible for setting Company overall strategic vision and priorities for Diamond Ventures, Inc. and DVI Equity Partners, LLC. David oversees policies for management of the Companies’ existing portfolio of real estate and technology investments and sets criteria for new investment opportunities. David’s leadership includes community service on boards including the Arizona Commerce Authority and the Tucson Airport Authority. He has more than 35 years of experience working in real estate and various operating companies. David has held the position of President of Diamond Ventures, Inc. since its inception in 1988. David began his career as a CPA at both Ernst & Whinney and Cooopers & Lybrand. He also served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Sales for the Venture West Group.He received his finance degree from the University of Connecticut and has his M.B.A. degree from the University of Arizona.
